Screen readers currently announce emojis included directly inside heading elements, which can create confusing or unnecessary output for assistive technology users. Wrapping decorative emojis with
<span aria-hidden="true">ensuring they are ignored by screen readers, hence improving accessibility.What changes are included in this PR?

There are no visual changes, only accessibility improvements. Screen readers now skip the decorative emojis.
