Major refactor of index.css: introduce consolidated CSS variables for dark/light themes, remove duplicate/fragmented rules, and reorganize base/reset styles. Modernized and unified component styles (navbar, search, services dropdown, language selector, theme toggle, hero, features, and footer), improved responsive/mobile menu behavior and animations, added floating chatbot/scroll buttons, keyboard focus styles, and small accessibility/interaction enhancements. Changes simplify maintenance and provide consistent theming and responsive behavior across the site.
