Describes the symptoms/exceptions on import/reading, the workarounds when using older versions of OMERO.server/OMERO.py and the versions of the components which resolve this issue
Note that while we have a version of OMERO.py including the fix for this issue, the next release of OMERO.server including these patches won't be released until Q1 2026. Deferring to the OME UoD and GerBI teams on whether we should aim to have a troubleshooting section and amend it when the new release is up or wait for this to be included alongside the next OMERO release
