Radiomaster Nano and Possible Micro Support

I adapted the default ranger HAL that it also can support the Nano/Micro:

• Using a simple Power-Cycle mechanism to switch between CLI and Serial
• changed the fan out
• Added support for the single LED + Yellow to indicate that we are in CLI mode

Right now we are using this for our RF based serial connection to our drones for testing purposes with the following setup:
PC <---USBC---> Radiomaster Ranger Nano <---mlrs---> RadioMaster RP4 <---FTDI---> Drone

Feel free to provide some feedback - when we have time we can look into it or add changes. We can always tests changes on our modules.
