I couldn't put spaces in the shall, so I added "QtCore.Qt.Key_Space"

Spacebar was not working for me, so I added that in with "Qt.Key_Space"
Also, although I love BASH, I changed my default shell to zsh a few years back.
I added a line that detects the shell the user has set as their default and loads that instead of defaulting to BASH.
