Getting Started

These instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes. See deployment for notes on how to deploy the project on a live system.

Prerequisites

To start work with project you need to install repo tool and yocto

$ mkdir ~/bin
$ export PATH=~/bin:$PATH
$ curl https://storage.googleapis.com/git-repo-downloads/repo > ~/bin/repo
$ chmod a+x ~/bin/repo
$ sudo apt-get install gawk wget git-core diffstat unzip texinfo gcc-multilib \
     build-essential chrpath socat libsdl1.2-dev xterm

Installing

Init repo manifest

$ repo init -u git@github.com:olegcherpak/manifest.git

sync work tree

$ repo sync -j8 -c

Setup build environment

$ cd poky
$ source setup-environment

Start build

$ bitbake landkreuzer-image
