This PR fixes an issue with downloading packages that have no compressed format by improving the regular expression pattern used to match binary URLs from GitHub releases.
- Added debug logging to distinguish between compressed and uncompressed binary searches
- Fixed the regex pattern for uncompressed binaries to properly terminate the match
