S/he checks the events from the time schedule of city hall. And can reach the information of information desks and governmental addresses, phone numbers, locations and working times.
S/he also looks for information on legal matters and services that can assist her/him in his native language.
S/he uses the web-site to reach emergency numbers quickly.
