This release fixes a crashing bug in Android and updates the libraries. Yes, another maintenance release. Please let me know if anyone still experiences connectivity issues; I can't reproduce anything myself, so perhaps the user you're trying to connect to isn't running a node.
This release fixes a bug in the Android version that caused a crash on startup for a small number of older devices. It also includes a Hungarian translation that was generously provided.
This release updates I2P and includes some I2PSnark fixes that are slated for the next I2P release. Additionally, it includes a Russian translation generously provided by Github user koshmarny.
This release updates I2P to 0.9.7.1. Additionally, it adds translations for Japanese, German, French, Spanish, and Czech. Finally, it fixes a few bugs in the desktop version, including one that caused some photos attached to posts to be cropped.
This release updates I2P to 0.9.7 in both the Android and desktop versions. In addition, the desktop version now displays a welcome dialog on first run, just like the Android version. It also now displays unicode characters correctly -- thank you to Reddit user sptg for reporting this and providing a patch.
This is the first simultaneous Android and Desktop release. The Android update is fairly minor, mainly performance improvements. The Desktop release includes two new features:
Update checks. You can disable it if you'd like, but by default, it checks my web server for updates, and if one exists, it will display a button at the top so you can download the newest JAR file straight from the Nightweb interface.
Remote access. It doesn't provide SSL, so you'll probably want to use it in conjunction with SSH or a VPN, but nonetheless it could be useful to some users.
