setDynamicRoutingTimerTask

Added this method, if the user chose "Time", a TimerTask will be set that checks every 2 minutes if the user is running faster or slower than the set average speed in settings. If there is a difference of around 1.5 km/h speed a new route will be returned based on current speed.
