Only convert models_t5_umt5-xxl-enc-bf16.pth and Wan2.1_VAE.pth to models_t5_umt5-xxl-enc-bf16.safetensors and Wan2.1_VAE.safetensors.
Use the original safetensors in high_noise_model and low_noise_model.
Remove Pytorch and Numpy related code as much as possible.
