We have implemented text-guided 3D synthesis, which is described in section 4.3.2 of the paper (including the supplementary materials).
While we diligently followed the details provided in the paper , there are a few differences due to limitations in GPU resources or insufficient information.

As you can see below, our results are comparable to those presented in the paper.
