- Introduced a new method `dismissPaused()` in `DownloadNotifier` to specifically handle paused download notifications. - Updated the `Downloader` class to call `dismissPaused()` when resuming downloads, ensuring a cleaner notification experience. - Added a new notification ID for paused downloads in the `Notifications` object.
