• Adapting zernicke fitting code to work on apertures rather than beams.
  • Fit does not work on the tutorial VLA data.

Ongoing:

• Trying to run VLA S band holography.
  • it fails in extract_holog.

• Check master on the S band dataset.
  • create a ticket if problem is still there.

• About 90% of the ALMA near-field actual code.
• Check combine with weights (problem was a small bug on the dimensionality of weights).

• Testing of the produced .holog.zarr file (plotting readability in astrohack)
• Documentation on the filler.
• Where shall it be stored for larger availability.

• Exclude bad pointing data before merging with tp data.
• Test usability of the NF data in astrohack.holog.
