Summary

add AGENT_RUN_REPORT.md capturing the latest repository analysis, tooling results, and follow-up recommendations
add agent_report.json with the machine-readable appendix requested for post-run reporting

Testing

npm ci
npm run lint (fails: ESLint @typescript-eslint/no-explicit-any errors across builder files)
npx tsc -p . --noEmit (fails: 413 errors due to missing @types/react and implicit anys)
npm run build
npm run test (fails: Missing script: "test")
