Summary

  • add a standalone harness that exercises Buy and Lay bets under both vig collection modes
  • calculate affordability, win, and loss deltas for 4/10 and 5/9 families and emit a Markdown report summarizing the checks

Testing

  • python tools/verify_buy_lay_report.py
  • pytest -q tests/unit/test_buy_lay_commission.py -q
  • pytest -q tests/unit/test_bet.py::test_combined_bet_equality -q
