Hey,
I noticed that the MBID was not saved and I kinda needed it for my own stored scrobbles.
I have made it optional in case people are dealing with previously downloaded data, so it should not require starting from scratch.
Also since I didn't have such old sqlx-cli I used cargo-run-bin to allow for scoped use of tools with specific versions only for the repo, without need to install globally.
