Will add the change to doc/ToolShed.md. Hope to have it done early tomorrow; I'm having to relearn my way around git and redevelop good habits. |

Fixed accidental inclusion of prior patch, updated Toolshed.md as requested, and made the unit test calls to _os_format() conform to the new prototype. |

Added -iX option to specify interleave (adding to -[?h] output and summary if -q isn't used). The default value is the one it currently uses, i.e. 3, for backwards compatibility.
