[WIP] Add folder structure for Factorio blueprints

• Create an example blueprint folder structure (e.g., "quality-accumulators")
• Add example version files (e.g., 0.1.txt, 1.1.txt, latest.txt) with sample blueprint text
• Update the main README.md to serve as an index for blueprints
• Add a sample README.md in one blueprint folder to demonstrate changelog/info structure
• Verify the folder structure meets requirements

Original prompt

Will hold my factorio blueprints in folders. each folder will contain versions of specific blueprint, as text files.
for example for "Quality Accumulators" blueprint I will have a folder "quality-accumulators". Content will be text files 0.1.txt, 1.1.txt, etc - represent versions. Might have also "latest.txt" with current version.
The main folder README will be a index for the blue prints. For some of the folders I will put specific README (changelog and info?). No need for stubs
