As part of the strict syntax, update modules and subworkflows that now use topic channels:

  • Update modules and subworkflows using topic channels: bcftools/index, bcftools/norm, gawk, gunzip, minimac4/compressref, samtools/merge
  • Update dependencies from some of these modules: glimpse2/phase, stitch,bam_impute_stitch,bam_vcf_impute_glimpse2.
  • Replace instances of Channel for channel
  • Update snapshots for new versions
