Make project work with newer versions of quick_xml

This project is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for writing it. :)

A few commits to get this building with newer quick_xml versions and some formatting.

• Ignore downloaded wiktionary files and modules subdirectory in .gitignore
• In build_definitions_db use a relative path for the modules directory
• Update xml parsing to work with newer versions of quick_xml
• Run cargo fmt on project
• Add pragma to disable warning about unused expand_template
