health trajectory data, model, and application
Compilation of health data from peer reviewed sources. A set of models to predict health targets (BMI and General Health in Version 1) A Dash application on Heroku application to interact with the models and offer users method to contribute to anonymous data.
Clone the repository.
data_engineering
Raw data and output data to feed models is provided. All work done in Jupyter notebook (version 1)
python >= 3.7 jupyter notebooks (Anaconda distributions preferred)

I am using SemVer for versioning. Currently only one version is being made available at a time until I can figure out how to automate that.
