additional modes of operation - make joystick a powerful tool

Some ideas:

• Define and distinguish multiple deadman buttons for different mode of operations such as fast mode, slow mode, dynamically varying mode #13
• Switch between navigation mode and teleoperation mode. While in navigation mode, the user should have the ability to pause the navigation, move the robot and even might want to change the goal. #14
• Recovery modes, combined with the navigation stack to perform maneuvers such as moving forward, backwards or rotation.
• Provide docking service as part of the joystick. (of course docking needs to be developed)
• Software EM Stop #2
• Option to pause, restart and cancel goals
• change the scanner fields, if possible..
• vibrate joystick during EM stop / scanner stop whilst user tries to operate the robot #6
• navigate to and / or through poses with waypoint following as well #8
• set relays  #12
