What does this implement/fix?

Since we are moving towards K3S as our source of truth for the baremetal/existing deployment option, II am going to remove the old slurm docs as a separate doc entity, and instead work on a "on-prem" new section of our deployments focusing on K3S and also leaving the option to look into slurm, with the big caviat that its now running an older version of the resourcs/services provided by nebari.
