Update notes on Keycloak permission groups and scopes

• rm mention of roles from the keycloak configuration page and move to ma ore relatable fine-grained permissions page;
• creates new react component for table on .mdx files, for easier* writing and verification of table columns and rows text;
• add more examples and details under conda-store and jupyterhub's scopes and how to utilize them;
• clear distinctions between the concepts of groups/roles/scopes;
