Fix issue #32 :

  • Add task spruce_to_physigs
  • Fix cluster_transform to work with mutation IDs in both bytes object and string format
  • Embed ref and var nucleotide into mutation IDs
  • Update script in task physigs
  • Output tree edges by SPRUCE
  • Add workflow vcf_to_trees
