add will-change:transform to animated layer, for old browsers rotateZ() is enough, but better be modern ;)

Hey,
I added will-change: transform. to fixed paint render issue. It makes animation on new layer. Of course you had translate-z what was enough but better be also modern ;)
Good job with this plugin i used it many times!
