The issue I ran into with #22 was that my files were not properly formatted narrowPeak files. The error message I got wasn't immediately clear, so I made this PR to do some validation on narrowPeak and broadPeak samples input.
Have a look, it should be pretty straightforward to use. I didn't want to create a new module for validation code, so I stuck this into
utility.py. No new dependencies added.
