feat(doc): add search model for content search

This PR introduces a search model to improve the documentation browsing experience, allowing users to quickly locate relevant content. The search model uses a multi-tiered approach:

• Primary Search: Attempts to match the query against document titles for the most relevant results.
• Secondary Search: If no matches are found in the titles, it searches within document descriptions and section titles.
