Adds buttons to the listed demos, following the example from the astar-map demo:
Button functionality follows the website demos, although one notable improvement is that state tracking (e.g. which algorithm is currently selected) is present through button highlighting.
Also adds Makefiles for building a few missing demos with SFML.
