Description

This is a draft of the changes that will be made to services-uat.yml with the new OPeNDAP URL custom output format. It includes:

• Adding the OPeNDAP URL format string to the existing sds/variable-subsetter chain.
• Creating a new service, hoss-url-l3 (name pending), with only the OPeNDAP URL formats (a few options to allow for spaces/quotation variances).
