Add new framework constants

• Updated spec to include new framework constants
• Created framework definitions data structure for storing the framework types/constants that appear in the model
• Updated analysis to include framework definitions data structure
• Updated CheckFrameworkDefs pass to update the framework definitions data structure
• Updated fpp-check tests
• Update fpp-to-json analysis JSON encoder to include include framework definitions
• Updated fpp-to-dict config.fpp to include new framework constants
• Added framework defs test case to fpp-to-json
• Regenerated fpp-to-json, fpp-to-dict tests

Wiki updates are on analysis-fw-defs branch
