Logical bug found in parallel tempering swapping block. It is the same bug as was in PTMCMCSampler -- see this PR
I HAVE NOT TESTED THIS CODE. PLEASE TEST BEFORE ACCEPTING.
I'm concerned by the
samples_new[j,itrb+1,:] = samples[swap_map[j],itrb,:](Line 181) -- I assume the information in the 3rd dimension is being copied correctly, but this needs to be checked.
