Motivation and Context

• Following Merge generics support in mscorlib CoreLibrary#245.
• Related with Support for generics <T> Home#782.

How Has This Been Tested?

• [tested against Improvements in ReadOnlySpan<T> and Span<T> CoreLibrary#262].
