Did you try to make the modifications like this article (https://devblogs.microsoft.com/visualstudio/now-introducing-arm64-support-for-vs-extensions/) explains?

At the moment I only have my "m2" and I am not able to build the project.
I might be able to get my hands on a windows computer to try to fix this.
