🎉 PHP 8.5 Support

This release adds support for PHP 8.5, the latest version of PHP.

✨ New Features

• PHP 8.5 Support: Full support for PHP 8.5 installation on both Ubuntu and Windows platforms
  • APT-based installation for Ubuntu (via ondrej/php PPA)
  • Chocolatey-based installation for Windows
  • Automatic detection and handling of bundled extensions (opcache is now bundled in PHP 8.5+ core)

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed opcache package installation for PHP 8.5 (opcache is bundled in PHP 8.5+ core, no separate package needed)
• Updated bundled dist/index.js to correctly detect PHP 8.5 as APT-supported version
