Summary

update dumpDomains to return the parsed domain list without performing filesystem writes
move JSON export of the domain dump into the demo script with timestamped filenames
refresh documentation, typings, and tests to reflect the new dump behavior

Testing

npm test (not run in this environment: npm command unavailable)
