Revamped Parser and Backend

This release includes a revamped parser and backend it should provide better error reporting and parallelism and makes moves towards the implementation of a GUI. Prepackaged in this release there is also a single example CRN using the new syntax and parser features. Please play around with things.

0.1.0 Release!

Here's the first release that I'm comfortable calling done It includes fixes for bugs that I encountered while testing the pre-release, and adds multi threading as well as a maximum runtime safety option. Please have fun checking out the included Fibonacci calculator program for an example of what can be done with strict control flow in DNA Reaction Networks.

This release adds some demo csv files for lossy multiplication. These do not represent what D-CRNs are capable of. However, they do give an example of what the simulator is capable of.
