Upgrading the Docker image to Ubuntu 23.10 was enough for me to successfully complete the build process. |

22.04 is used in this pull as it was the latest LTS (Long Term Service) update as of commit time. 23.10 support ends in July, so use of it for building is not recommended. That said, this pull also slightly refines the Docker building process to work better with 22.04. I might upgrade this pull to 24.04 (the new latest LTS) in a few months once they've released the bugfix updates |
