Repositories

There are several different repositories on Github that are part of the N3phele project, here is some information about them.

Core

This is the main N3phele repository, it contains the latest build and web user interface.

Mobile-ui-enyo

This is the mobile version of N3phele, it contains the mobile user interface for N3phele.

Nshell-generator

This is the python nshell command generator, it generates Qiime commands.

Core-init

This is the java initializer for developer environment, it initializes resources for locally running N3phele.

Builder

This is the automated environment builder for N3phele, it helps Jenkins build the N3phele environment.

Security-group-deleter

This is a java project to delete the security groups on HPCloud

Openstack-factory

This is the communication system between N3phele and HPCoud

Juju-parser

This is a parser to generate n3phele commands that deploy juju charms

Ec2-factory

This is the communication system between N3phele and Amazon Cloud

N3phele-core

This is an old version of N3phele

N3phele-agent

This is the agent that runs on the virtual machines, enabling communication between N3phele and the VM.
