Moved potentially-conflicting libraries in the Code folder into a subfolder called probably_unnecessary for review. They were not needed for me but I only tested it with OSC. Updated user.pde and KinectToPin.pde, and modified settings.txt

SimpleOpenNI 1.96 uses (and includes?) OpenNI2 and now recommends installing the windows kinect SDK for drivers https://code.google.com/p/simple-openni/wiki/Installation . This makes it easier to install, but KinectToPin was incompatible. I was also having issues with Brekel (windows 8.1 could be the issue) so I updated KinectToPin for my purposes. Take a look, see if there is anything I left out or that you don't need. Hopefully you can use it!

Hid potentially-conflicting libraries from Processing, updated user.pde
and KinectToPin.pde, and modified settings.txt

Wasn't sure if Multi Threaded still needs to be declared... can delete this if it does.
