Initial release of the Drivers.Wavemeter1Ch.m driver for single channel HighFinnesse wavemeters. The driver has the equivalent funtionality as Drivers.Wavemeter.m but for a single channel wavemeter. Additional functionality is also included to ensure the wavemeter is initialized into a safe state when it is constructed. This driver has been tested thoroughly. All relevant files are under the @wavemeter1Ch folder in this branch.
