Release of PulseStreamerMaster driver and Cwave source to dev. Only files modified by this pull request are Cwave driver and source m files as well as PulseStreamerMaster and seqCommand. PulseStreamerMaster driver enables writing, compiling and running of pulse sequences to the pulse streamer hardware from Swabian. The Pulse Streamer driver requires the Matlab toolbox for the Swabian Pulse Streamer available at https://www.swabianinstruments.com/pulse-streamer-8-2/downloads/. The Cwave source controls the Cwave OPO laser from Hubner Photonics. The Cwave source uses the PulseStreamerMaster driver instead of the pulseblaster.
