];Let's explain each configuration parameter.
The name of the CSS class to apply to the alert <div> tag.
The name of the color classes to apply to the alert <div> tag.
In example, if you use Bootstrap you could set the colors as the following:
$config = [
'alert' => [
'colors' => [
'note' => 'primary',
'tip' => 'info',
'important' => 'success',
'warning' => 'warning',
'caution' => 'danger',
]
],
];and the resulted <div> tag, for a NOTE alert will be:
<div class="alert alert-primary">An array of parameters to configure an optional icon, near the title. The icons array has the following keys:
- active: if display the icon or not. Default is
false. - use_svg: if use the svg icons defined in
svgoptions array or use the css classes defined innamesoptions array. Default isfalse. - names: the class names to use to apply the icons. Default: Octicons icon set.
- svg: the svg icons to use. Default: Octicons icon set.
Let's suppose, in example, we want to use Fontawesome icons, using the web font. The configuration array could be the following:
$config = [
'alert' => [
'icons' => [
'active' => true,
'names' => [
'note' => 'fa-solid fa-circle-info',
'tip' => 'fa-regular fa-lightbulb',
'important' => 'fa-solid fa-exclamation',
'warning' => 'fa-solid fa-triangle-exclamation',
'caution' => 'fa-solid fa-circle-exclamation'
]
]
]
];Now, the following markdown:
> [!TIP]
> Nulla lobortis ultricies massa id laoreet.
> Quisque ut varius est. Aliquam fringilla finibus eleifend.it results into:
<div class="alert alert-tip">
<p class="alert-title"><i class="fa-regular fa-lightbulb"></i>Tip</p>
<p>Nulla lobortis ultricies massa id laoreet. Quisque ut varius est. Aliquam fringilla finibus eleifend.</p>
</div>If we want to use the default svg icons, the configuration array is the following:
$config = [
'alert' => [
'icons' => [
'active' => true,
'use_svg' => true
]
]
];and the following markdown:
> [!WARNING]
> Warning lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, _consectetur adipiscing elit_
> sed do eiusmod tempor incidunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.it results into the following html:
<div class="alert alert-warning">
<p class="alert-title"><svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 16 16" width="16" height="16"><path d="M6.457 1.047c.659-1.234 2.427-1.234 3.086 0l6.082 11.378A1.75 1.75 0 0 1 14.082 15H1.918a1.75 1.75 0 0 1-1.543-2.575Zm1.763.707a.25.25 0 0 0-.44 0L1.698 13.132a.25.25 0 0 0 .22.368h12.164a.25.25 0 0 0 .22-.368Zm.53 3.996v2.5a.75.75 0 0 1-1.5 0v-2.5a.75.75 0 0 1 1.5 0ZM9 11a1 1 0 1 1-2 0 1 1 0 0 1 2 0Z"></path></svg>Warning</p>
