* Add minimum roxygen header * Only compute svd(R_true) once * Add R_true to arguments for id_out_boot_robdist * Make quantile cutoff a single value (.9999) and an argument too * Use boot_sample directly (instead of B) * Only compute Pc.robdist(Y_tilde) once * Correctly use outs.robdist return value (probably changed since code was copied) * RD_scaled <- scale[m] * RD_boot became RD_scaled <- outMCD_scale * RD_boot . Is that correct?
