fix: input issues in modals and color problems

What's New

• When toggling between themes, save the current theme to your settings so on reload it respects the current theme. In other words, if you toggle to Light Mode and exit, when you start up EdenExplorer again it starts up on Light Mode again.

🐛 What's Fixed

• Typing into input boxes while modals opened caused the global input handlers to wake up inside the itemviewer
• Checkbox colors in modals didn't respect the theme
• Fixed coloring of the text for Light/Dark theme mode in Settings
