when we have do download a playlist of videos some of them could fail then if try to restart your code thoses videos will start form the from the first chunk and overide the previous downloaded before.
with this features we can now tell to the server the amount of bytes that we already downloaded and start there.
Also now we can write on file asynchronoously that should increase speed performance.
