Google doc files exported to .txt and then ran with the
sfm-utils -dflagThe txt files had a format
1 this is ch 1:1
2 this is ch 1:2
3 this is ch 1:3
2 this is ch 2:1
this is a section heading
2 this is ch 2:2
Also update some GHA version numbers to get it passing. (not really used)
