Add two new Claude Code agents (image/svg-to-png and notes/daily-summary), register them in the claude-code.nix config along with Obsidian permissions, add TypeScript tooling (typescript-language-server, typescript, ts_ls LSP entry, and mago_format for PHP), update flake inputs (nix-darwin, nixpkgs, home-manager, sops-nix), and bump Neovim plugin lockfile.
