This PR adds a few new event types, one for logins via Janus and one for queries via Timur.
It also includes a fix to a bug that resulted in certain events to the event log being silently lost - the culprit is a mismatching HMAC, which results when the "payload" portion of the event is encoded differently on the sending and receiving ends. The culprit, in the end, was ActiveSupport overwriting to_json. With this, even more events that were previously being lost should appear.
Because of this touching the event_log interface on client and server ends, this requires a full deploy.
